We’ll try not to make this as boring as your average terms and conditions/cancellation policy so you can actually READ IT! We know they say when you want to hide something from a Nigerian, you put it in a book/writing. But our Nomads are better than that! They will read! Amen? Amen!

Before you type in those figures and hit send on that banking app, our experiences are NON-REFUNDABLE!  Non refundable as in your money cannot come out, bye bye! It’s gone…kapish! However, because we are “generous”, we’ll give a 48 hour window to cancel after payment has been made. Please note that this only applies if payment is made 6 weeks before a scheduled experience. Our generosity doesn’t extend to procrastinators. If you are booking after the 6 weeks mark then….OYO(ON YOUR OWN).

Booking is as simple as ABC; all you literally need to do is click “book now” at the tail of any experience that tickles your fancy. You’ll be required to enter your name, email address, phone number and an additional message. Please use the additional message column if you have any questions or a specific request such as “single accommodation” “payment in installments” “vegan diet” or simply sending us a love note! We love love notes, lol. Right after your booking has been made, you’ll be sent an invoice. Your spot is secure only when funds have traveled from your account to ours. We don’t do “keep a space for me” here. You’ll get your e-receipt after payment has been confirmed and that’s it! You are a Nomad! Because we are a little bit extra, you’ll get a detailed information guide which contains your itinerary, general information about the country, a packing list, and do’s and don’ts on a Naija Nomad experience. For Nomads traveling from Nigeria, all our experiences include flights, visas, ground transportation, accommodation, breakfast and activities/tours.

Please ensure that your passport is valid for up to 6 months before booking any of our experiences. Not 3 or 4 months…6 MONTHS! For example, if Jordan is your dream destination and you’ve booked and paid for the Nomad experience to Jordan. Your passport must be valid till 18th of October 2019 which is 6 months from your date of entry into Amman, Jordan. Prices advertised on naijanomads.com expire 6 weeks to the scheduled departure . Anyone booking after this time will be sent a new quote.
